Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming calls, providing clear and accurate information regarding disability benefits.
Communicate complex details about claims processes, eligibility criteria, and required documentation in a professional and easy-to-understand manner.
Maintain meticulous records by documenting all client interactions and key information within our secure system.
Address client inquiries and concerns with a high degree of empathy, professionalism, and discretion, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Strictly adhere to all confidentiality and data security protocols while handling sensitive client information.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
