This position is 4 - 10 hour days - The days that are required to work are Tuesday, Wednesday 9am - 8 pm, Friday and Saturday is 5:30 am - 4:30 pm, with 1 hour lunch and 2-15 minutes breaks. Starting pay rate is $17/hr
Days off are - Monday, Thursday and Sunday
There is opportunity for OVERTIME.
Responsibilities:
What your day-to-day will look like:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

At a minimum, you'll need:
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
It'd be great if you also have:
Experience in shipping and receiving, Logistics.
High school diploma or equivalent
1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
