Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Guidance: Greet customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist walk-in clients in selecting the right sinks, faucets, and plumbing fixtures for their projects.
Technical Product Advice: Provide expert advice on product specifications, plumbing compatibility, installation requirements, and custom modifications.
Problem Solving: Assist customers with troubleshooting fixture issues, replacement parts, and mechanical fittings.
Order Processing & Invoicing: Accurately process sales transactions, quotes, and customer orders.
Showroom & Inventory Support: Assist with inventory checks, receiving stock, displaying products, and keeping the showroom presentable.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Qualifications & Requirements
Mechanical Aptitude: Good hands-on understanding of how things work mechanically (required).
Plumbing Background: Previous experience in plumbing, hardware sales, or trade installation is highly preferred!
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach.
Customer Service Experience: At least 1-2 years of customer service, retail, or trade desk sales experience preferred.
Attention to Detail: Ability to review technical specs, measurements, and fixture dimensions accurately.
