Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
Answer incoming calls, provide information, and assist with reservations or account inquiries
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in storage facilities, property management, or rental environments
Familiarity with rental agreements, payment processing, or CRM systems
Comfort with light physical tasks such as walking the property or inspecting units
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, office software)
