Spherion Staffing of Lake, Marion, and Sumter county has multiple openings for Customer Service/Sale Support Representatives located in Ocala, FL. These are temp-to-hire positions. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The pay rate is $14 to $16 per hour, depending on experience.
The candidates in these roles will be responsible for customer service that includes sales assistant responsibilities and occasional support with warehouse shipping/receiving.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders
- Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person
- Support internal sales efforts
- Assist with warehouse shipping/receiving as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or data entry
- Ability to work in various environments (office and warehouse)
- High school diploma or equivalent
