In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued callers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
Listen attentively to caller concerns and demonstrate empathy while finding effective solutions.
Navigate our systems efficiently to access customer information and log interactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new systems quickly.

Must be able to work onsite at our Port St. Lucie, Florida location.
