Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls from internal personnel, patients, and visitors with professional, empathetic communication.
Accurately document and dispatch facility service requests to the appropriate departments.
Monitor facility security and environmental alarm systems, including access doors, parking lot intercoms, and closed-circuit television.
Assist with coordinating work assignments for patient transportation team members to ensure efficient operations.
Collaborate with leadership by providing feedback to help streamline departmental processes.
Participate in administrative or service improvement projects as needed.
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Skills:
Prior experience in a call center, dispatch service, or healthcare setting.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service or administrative experience.
Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
