Responsibilities:
End-to-End Order Ownership: Own the complete order-to-cash lifecycle, from accurate order receipt and processing through to final delivery, exception management, and invoicing.

Frontline Advocacy: Serve as the primary, high-touch contact for major retailers and distributors, guaranteeing seamless order fulfillment and expert resolution of all service inquiries.

Supply Chain Partnership: Collaborate strategically with internal teams in Planning, Logistics, and Transportation to proactively resolve service bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and drive continuous process improvements.

Performance Reporting: Track and manage critical service KPIs, including Fill Rate, On-Time, In-Full (OTIF), returns, and credits, and lead formal customer-facing service reviews.

Data Integrity & Systems: Utilize CRM/ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Reltio) for meticulous documentation of all customer interactions, management of customer and sales data, and maintenance of account performance records.

Program Coordination: Provide essential order coordination and communication support for major business initiatives, including new product launches, Limited Time Offers (LTOs), and seasonal promotions, ensuring flawless execution.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
4-6 years of direct experience in a B2B customer service or key account support role.

Experience in supply chain coordination within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or manufacturing environment.

Post-secondary education, such as an Associate's Degree.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in a customer service, client support, or administrative role.

Process Knowledge: Foundational understanding of the order-to-cash cycle and related supply chain systems.

Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship management skills.

Competencies: Strong organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
