Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming customer calls in a professional, friendly manner
Expedite customer orders and ensure timely processing and follow???up
Assist with sales tax filing and basic administrative documentation
Serve as backup for shipping, including preparing labels, coordinating carriers, and verifying shipments
Enter customer information, orders, and updates into company systems
Work closely with warehouse, sales, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records and support general office tasks as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
