Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours: 9 hours per day, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for pulling individual medical files, identifying required data fields, and accurately entering that information into the database.
Intensive Data Entry: Maintain a consistent, high frequency of keystrokes (10,000 KPH) with 100% accuracy, confirmed by a ???double key??? verification process.
Material Handling: Physically move and manage cartons of documents throughout the workday. This includes:
Carrying: Transporting cartons weighing 30-50 lbs for distances up to 20 feet on a frequency of approximately one carton every 5-7 minutes (this accounts for about 5% of the total shift time).
Lifting/Lowering: Handling cartons from/to pallets and to/from the workstation. Lift/lower heights range from 13 inches to 45 inches (pallet storage height is a maximum of 5 boxes high).
Work Environment: The job is performed primarily from a standing position at the workstation (approximately 95% of the time).
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience with RF (Radio Frequency) scanners is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to meet high-volume data entry standards with exceptional accuracy.
Physical ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and maneuver boxes weighing 30-50 lbs throughout the 9-hour shift.
