What You'll Do:

• Creating work orders for returned loupes needing repairs using Oracle software
• Communicate with the internal customer care team on what is needed and any updates or changes
• Utilize other systems for data entry including SAP and Excel

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience creating work orders highly preferred
• Optical experience preferred but not required
