Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers by phone, email, and in person at the showroom
Manage leads and maintains a disciplined CRM process using HubSpot
Build relationships with customers and understand their needs
Learn the product thoroughly and explain features, benefits, and available options
Provide hands-on product demonstrations and answer technical questions
Prepare quotes, explain financing options, and communicate delivery timelines
Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
Attend trade shows and events
Capture simple photo and video content
Coordinate with the FWC factory to ensure accurate orders and smooth deliveries
Maintain a clean and updated showroom with current model displays
Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Clear and direct communication skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of customers
Strong follow-through, organization, and ability to work independently
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn detailed product information
Willingness and excitement to work and sell
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Ability to stand or walk for most of an 8-hour shift
Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
Ability to bend, kneel, and climb into truck beds and campers
Ability to assist with installations when needed

High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
CRM experience with a preference for HubSpot
Ten or more years of sales experience, preferably in outdoor, automotive, or RV-related industries
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
