This position will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for human resource management across the organization. The Human Resources Director will oversee HR operations including benefits administration, payroll administration, compensation tracking, workforce analytics, onboarding, employee relations, and policy development.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Preferred Experience
--HR leadership experience in construction, engineering, professional services, or project-based industries
--Experience with Namely HRIS or similar HR/payroll platforms
--Experience supporting companies with 100+ employees and multi-state operations
--SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
