Bachelor???s degree preferred with at least 4 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor relations, sales, business development, community engagement, or another relationship-centered field; nonprofit development experience is preferred but not required. ??? Prior experience in a nonprofit development or advancement capacity is preferred, along with knowledge of current and emerging trends in fundraising. ??? Demonstrated resource management, budgeting, and reporting skills. ??? Novice graphic design skills and experience with Canva or similar content creation solution. ??? Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management experience, including the ability to work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines in a cross-functional, team-based environment. ???
