Key Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing initiatives, customer engagement campaigns, CRM activity, and targeted outreach.

• Coordinate local marketing efforts, community partnerships, events, promotions, and engagement opportunities.
• Partner with leadership and internal teams to align marketing activity with business priorities and growth goals.
• Track marketing activity and performance to identify what is working, what needs adjusted, and where additional opportunities exist.
• Support new initiatives, special projects, and future growth needs as the organization continues to evolve.
What We're Looking For
• A minimum of five years of progressive marketing experience.
• Prior experience leading, coaching, or supporting a marketing team.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, digital marketing, brand awareness, customer engagement, and local marketing.
• Experience creating marketing calendars, campaign plans, promotional strategies, and content schedules.
• Comfort using CRM tools, social media platforms, design tools, project management tools, and general marketing technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally.
• Creative, strategic, organized, and able to move ideas into action.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, priorities, and moving pieces.
• Ability to work independently and lead without heavy hand-holding.
• Professional, tactful, and able to manage sensitive or confidential information appropriately.
• Experience supporting marketing across multiple locations would be helpful, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
