- 7-12+ years in sales leadership (real estate / homebuilding strongly preferred)- 3-5+ years managing a pipeline + team with measurable KPIs- Proven track record hitting absorption targets without price panic/brand erosion- Experience managing brokers and/or channel partners- Working knowledge of mortgage/lender partnerships and closing workflows- Bonus: experience selling to Mexico investors or cross-border
