Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct complex electrical and electronic problems in production equipment and power distribution systems.
- Apply PLC programming and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and resolve complex machinery issues.
- Perform installation, removal, and repair of electrical equipment such as motors, starters, controllers, and electronic control equipment.
- Work with high-voltage systems up to 12,470 volts and adhere to all NFPA 70E safety standards.
- Read and interpret electrical circuit drawings and related mechanical blueprints to perform maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with vendors for technical support and team members to ensure equipment is working at optimal performance levels.
- Perform lock out/tag out on machinery and equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
Working hours: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Skills:
- Associate's degree in a related technical field OR five years of equivalent industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience working on high-voltage electrical panels, specifically up to 12,470 volts.
- Expertise in PLC troubleshooting and
- Allen-Bradley programming
- Experience in a continuous process industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer skills with CMMS software and Microsoft Excel.
- Control Network and HMI/operator interface experience.

- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), including programming.
- 1+ year of experience demonstrating strong mechanical knowledge.
- Experience working with electrical systems up to 480 volts.
- The ability to work a permanent, rotating 12-hour night shift (4 days on / 4 days off).
