Responsibilities:
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems, including control panels, wiring harnesses, and mechanical assemblies.
- Perform precise point-to-point wiring utilizing schematics, wiring diagrams, and build documentation.
- Install vital electrical components such as relays, sensors, power supplies, and control hardware.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, and validation processes.
- Utilize hand tools, crimpers, measurement tools, and diagnostic equipment (such as multimeters).
- Collaborate directly with engineering and production teams to resolve real-time build issues.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces while rigorously adhering to quality standards and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Direct experience working within automated manufacturing, aerospace, or advanced equipment build environments.
- Foundational knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems or functional testing procedures.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or structured quality control processes.
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with ERP software or Microsoft Office is a major plus).

- Proven ability to accurately read and execute builds from complex schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions.

- Comfortable taking independent ownership of tasks while collaborating seamlessly within a team dynamic.
