Responsibilities:
Follow specific methods for assembling products, including wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing.
Set up and adjust assemblies to meet blueprint specifications and tolerances.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet Q50 and IPC-A-610 standards.
Work on routine and semi-routine tasks, identifying any deviations from standard practices.
Recommend improvements to assembly processes based on observed needs.
Complete various assignments as needed to support departmental and company goals.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following assembly instructions.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education).
2-5 years of experience in assembly or a related field.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to operate a manual pallet jack on a daily basis.
Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds repetitively (heavier lifting with assistance) and to stand or walk for extended periods.
Manual dexterity to handle small components and perform precise tasks.
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
