Available Opportunities
We are currently cross-hiring for the following four specialized departments. Please indicate your interest or experience level in your application!
1. Quality Inspection
Focus: Precision and Detail
Use microscopes to inspect circuit boards for proper coating coverage.
Perform delicate coating touch-ups using specialized hand tools.
Utilize pliers and cutters for final board assembly steps.
Basic data entry and production documentation.
2. SMT Operator (Surface Mount Technology)
Focus: Machine Operation & Setup
Set up and operate automated SMT equipment.
Manage feeder setup and teardown (requires manual dexterity for small components).
Perform hand-placement of electronic components and basic board inspections.
3. Hand Soldering Technician
Focus: Manual Dexterity & Craftsmanship
Perform intricate hand soldering of electronic components under a microscope.
Utilize soldering irons, wire solder, pliers, and cutters for assembly.
Maintain high-quality standards through constant visual inspection.
4. Electronics Tester
Focus: Technical Documentation & Analysis
Execute electrical tests using specialized diagnostic equipment.
Follow written technical procedures to verify board functionality.
Record, analyze, and label test results (pass/fail segregation).
Candidate Requirements
We provide training, but the following foundational skills are required:
Experience/Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small parts/microscopes.
Physical: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Technical: Basic computer skills (email, record keeping, data entry).
Soft Skills: Strong communication and a reliable work ethic.
Compliance: Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
