Role Summary
As an Electronic Assembler, you will read electrical schematics, run conduit, and wire industrial HVAC units, electric motors, and control panels. This position is perfect for mechanically inclined individuals looking to grow their technical wiring experience in a clean, structured manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wiring & Assembly: Wire industrial HVAC units, electric motors, and control panels according to job specifications and electrical schematics.
• Conduit & Components: Run electrical conduit and install components with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Quality & Efficiency: Maintain high standards of assembly work to ensure proper system performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Record Keeping: Accurately log production data, test results, and quality control documentation.
• Workspace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, tools, and equipment.
• Continuous Improvement: Assist with implementing standard updates to work methods and procedures.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:

• Formal electrical training, vocational coursework, or technical background.
• Previous experience working with commercial HVAC equipment or panel building in a manufacturing setting.

No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Practical experience working with electrical wiring and reading schematic diagrams.
• Licensure: Non-licensed electrician position (prior trade or practical experience is sufficient).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work well in a team environment.
