Responsibilities:

• Perform precision point-to-point wiring for control panels, high-powered motors, and industrial units. Run conduits and install components including relays, switches, transformers, and terminal blocks.
• Read, interpret, and follow detailed electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and wire harness diagrams to guarantee 100% build accuracy.
• Utilize manual hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and precision power tools to execute clean, secure electrical connections.
• Perform quality self-inspections on de-energized electrical assemblies to meet safety standards and technical specs. Maintain an organized workspace.
• Maintain accurate production records and collaborate with team leaders to suggest process improvements that increase assembly efficiency.

Skills:

• Background in HVAC equipment manufacturing or industrial machine assembly
• Familiarity with industrial electrical components, relays, switches, and power systems

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in electrical wiring, control panel assembly, or reading electrical schematics
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, wire strippers, and crimping equipment
