- Durability Checks: Conduct environmental stress screenings--including thermal, vibration, and vacuum tests--to ensure products can handle extreme conditions.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze malfunctions in field returns and execute precision repairs.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineers to refine new test fixtures, assembly workflows, and manufacturing documentation.
- Production Support: Assist with standard production to ensure delivery goals are met and act as a technical liaison for new products.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: A high school diploma paired with relevant technical assembly experience. We also encourage new college graduates with technology-focused degrees to apply!
- Experience: Depending on the level, we are looking for candidates ranging from 1–2 years of experience up to 4–6 years for senior operator roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep experience with hand soldering, winding, wire stripping, and magnetic component assembly.
- Quality Mindset: A strong desire to follow safety procedures and the ability to identify quality issues before they reach the customer.
- Adaptability: The ability to work from minimal documentation and adjust to changes in standard practices when working on new designs.
Bonus Points (Preferred)
- Experience soldering specifically on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
- The ability to interpret 3D CAD drawings or complex technical diagrams.
- Experience in technical writing or drafting manufacturing instructions.
- Previous experience working within military or aerospace quality standards
