Role Highlights
- Pay rate between $23.22 and $26.88 per hour
- 1st shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Direct hire position offering long term stability

What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and repair circuit board processing machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot test failures and perform root cause analysis
- Support complex project-based electronic control box builds and custom panel assemblies
- Train team members on functional test procedures and equipment upkeep
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machine setups and changeovers
