We are seeking an Equipment Installer Assistant to join a dedicated team that provides high-quality heating and air conditioning installations. This full-time position offers a structured Monday-Thursday schedule with occasional overnight travel, compensated with additional pay and covered expenses. As an Installer Assistant, you will support the installation of HVAC systems and ductwork, maintain a safe and organized job site, and work alongside a skilled crew in a team-oriented environment.

- Hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (35 - 45 hours/week)
- Wage: $18.00/HR + Traveling Pay
- Travel Requirements: If overnight travel is required, return on Thursday (Traveling up to 3 hours away)

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment per manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Travel to surrounding areas within 3 hours of a commuting distance to install refrigeration systems into gas stations, convenience stores, and service stations.
