Spherion Staffing is looking for an Estimator to work with a local client. As a key member of the Sales Team, you will act as a vital bridge between Engineering, Sales, and Production. You will work side-by-side with the current Estimator and four salespeople to ensure projects meet the company's rigorous safety and quality standards.

Pay $25-40/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Create preliminary layouts and system drawings using CAD software; perform material take-offs and maintain organized documentation
-Generate accurate customer proposals, quotes, and sales contracts, including pricing and credit terms
-Assist with job planning and management within the ERP system to ensure all project schedules and timelines are met
-Ensure all projects adhere to MSHA, OSHA, and customer-specific safety codes.
-Participate in cross-functional teams to research and develop new products
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Experience with millwrights, material handling, or low-voltage electrical control systems is a plus
-SolidWorks experience is preferred

Associate

1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Associate???s or Bachelor???s degree in Drafting & Design, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
-2+ years of related industry experience preferred
-Familiarity with 2D/3D CAD software
-Strong understanding of mechanical components, structural steel, and industrial construction; ability to read schematics and blueprints
