• Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Location: Cottage Grove, Wisconsin

What You'll Do

• Audit employee expense submissions in SAP Concur for accurate receipt documentation, proper coding, and policy compliance.
• Flag exceptions, missing receipts, or policy violations and follow up directly with employees for prompt resolution.
• Ensure accurate allocation of expenses to proper GL accounts, cost centers, and departments.
• Assist employees with basic platform troubleshooting and submission inquiries.
• Support the Accounting team with weekly expense payment processing and reconciliation runs.
• Maintain clear and organized digital records for audit purposes.

What You'll Bring

• Required: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience using SAP Concur for expense report processing or auditing.
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll, or General Accounting.
• Solid understanding of general expense policies, receipt rules, and GL coding.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for resolving employee inquiries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and corporate email tools.
