The Production Team Lead provides guidance and support for all production department personnel, ensuring customer requirements are achieved while delivering on time. Key activities include schedule adherence by work center, guiding work orders through the department, assigning work, holding individuals accountable, and ensuring quality parts are delivered. Safety Focus: Maintain a strong Safety focus all day, every day.
Leadership & Resource Management: Provide strong people leadership, ensuring resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.
Delegation & Supervision: Demonstrate strong ability to delegate and lead change within the team.
Workflow Management: Manage work under travelers and ensure closeout; consistently ensure the team is aware of their day-to-day targets and responsibilities.
Standards & Behavior: Consistently promote high standards through personal example and ensure every team member understands the standards and behaviors expected of them.
Continuous Improvement: Lead, drive, and sustain continuous improvement activities within the team.

5S and Lean experience, capable of organizing 5S events and maintaining standards.
