Responsibilities:
Production Oversight: Manage the entire feed mill production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
Cost and Quality Control: Oversee production costs while maintaining high standards for the finished product.
Safety Management: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by maintaining and updating safety protocols and training.
Inventory Management: Be responsible for the complete inventory of all feed ingredients.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Maintenance & Reliability: A foundational understanding of equipment maintenance, predictive maintenance, and overall asset reliability to minimize downtime.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of feed formulations, quality control, and production processes.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with and knowledge of feed mill equipment.
Safety & Training: Ability to manage and implement employee safety training programs.
