- Supervise daily operations at fiberglass and at precast within established policies andprocedures; create work schedules.- Receive equipment work orders, distribute work to employees; review blueprints forerrors; communicate with Project Manager and Superintendents.- Design, build, and maintain molds (averages 15 or so small molds and 2 large moldsper year).- Maintain work order system for all fiberglass and precast products; complete KPItracking on all work orders.- Manage Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and issue to projects - Keep sufficient materials to meet production demands. - Procure best prices of materials.- Oversee maintenance of fiberglass shop equipment; make recommendations onfiberglass equipment purchases.- Patch and repair (blend) and refinish fiberglass products in both the shop and fieldenvironment.- Design and oversee production of anti-vortex devices and mud seals.- Receive materials into inventory and maintain full inventory of FG department.- Do quarterly inventories of raw materials, parts and completed products.- Quality control on fiberglass laminates and precast sent to field jobs (appearance,thickness, finish).- Keep good quality tools and equipment to achieve production goals, initiate purchaserequisitions for special materials and tools.- Complete monthly reports of all finished jobs.- Enforce all company safety rules; oversee completion of weekly shop safetyinspections; complete department inspections to ensure grounding safety, lids, labeling, material storage and that exhaust fans are functioning properly.- Follow all DEP and OSHA regulations pertaining to hazardous material and hazardouswaste storage, recycling, and handling; recycle acetone.- Initiate employee discipline and counseling for performance, attendance, and conductissues; recommend terminations as needed; conduct annual performance reviews fordirect reports; provide input on hiring, promotion and pay rates for fiberglass shopemployees.- Observe and maintain all fire and safety procedures; serve as point of contact foronsite fire suppressant vendor visits.- Stay current with fiberglass technology and develop employee fiberglass skills as needed; recommend training for the fiberglass team.- Responsible for timesheet entry into Costpoint.- Perform other duties as assigned.

- HS Diploma or equivalent (college degree or course work preferred).- 3-5 years of fiberglass production experience.- Fiberglass production knowledge; mold making skills.- Valid Florida Driver's License.- Computer skills (Microsoft, software, excel, email). - Able to be forklift certified (preferred).- Blueprint and design reading skills.- Safety equipment use (glasses, respirators?).- Basic math skills.- Basic budgeting and financial orientation.- Knowledge of quality control methods.
