What You'll Do:

• Feed and catch lumber materials from production and finishing equipment.
• Inspect wood products carefully to identify and remove defects.
• Sand, stain, and apply finishes to high-quality wood products.
• Bundle, wrap, and band finished materials securely for shipment.
• Follow daily work orders accurately while maintaining safety and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong reliability, punctuality, and a great work ethic.
• Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/move throughout your shift.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a tape measure (down to 1/16").

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or construction.
• Previous hands-on experience working with wood products or carpentry tools.
