We are looking for dedicated technicians to join our evening and overnight teams:
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
As a Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a diverse inventory of diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
Systems Repair: Inspect and repair diesel engines, suspensions, clutches, Allison transmissions, drivetrains, and hydraulic systems.
Advanced Diagnostics: Accurately troubleshoot driver complaints to identify root causes of component failures.
Preventative Maintenance (PM): Service steering, fuel, electrical, HVAC, and air brake systems to ensure fleet safety.
Shop Skills: Perform welding and fabrication as needed; maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Compliance: Complete annual vehicle inspections and maintain meticulous repair logs.
Experience & Education:
Diesel Repair: 1–4 years of experience in Diesel Engine Repair.
Mechanical Knowledge: 2+ years of general heavy-duty mechanical experience.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Other Requirements:
Tools: Must have your own tools to perform standard job duties (supported by our reimbursement program).
Certifications: MN Inspection Certification is a plus (or a willingness to obtain it immediately).
Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Mankato, MN.
