We are seeking highly skilled, safety-conscious Forklift Operators with specific on-the-job experience operating Stand-Up Deep Reach, High Reach, and Cherry Picker (Order Picker) forklifts. You will handle inventory, replenish racks, and pick orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Safely and efficiently operate Stand-Up Deep Reach, High Reach, and Cherry Picker forklifts to move, stack, and stage product.
Operate a Cherry Picker at elevated heights to accurately pick piece, case, and pallet orders using an RF scanner.
Navigate narrow aisles and deep-reach racking systems safely without damaging inventory or structures.
Load and unload inbound and outbound freight.
Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA regulations.

Skills:
Knowledge of all three machines: Cherry Picker/ High Reach/ Sit down lift highly preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of the high reach is mandatory for consideration.

Qualifications:
Proven On-the-Job Experience: Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of verifiable experience operating Stand-Up Deep Reach, High Reach, and Cherry Picker forklifts in a warehouse environment. (Please note: Classroom-only training or certification without actual on-the-job experience does not qualify).
Verifiable Verbal Reference: You must provide contact info for a past supervisor, manager, or HR department who can verbally verify your forklift operating experience.
Comfortable working at high elevations (when operating the Cherry Picker).
Ability to read, write, and accurately use RF scanner guns for inventory tracking.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for the duration of a 12 hour shift.
Strong commitment to warehouse safety and accuracy.
