Responsibilities:

• Selecting, measuring, and marking materials for foundations and walls.
• Cutting, shaping, and securely joining materials using nails, screws, bolts, or adhesives.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction schematics accurately.
• Following detailed work orders to ensure the precise assembly of building components.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workstation and caring for equipment.
• Communicating openly and effectively with Team Leads and Supervisors to keep production moving smoothly.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Previous experience working in the construction industry.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of framing experience (previous general construction experience is required).
• Skills: Strong ability to read blueprints and utilize standard hand and power tools safely.
• Attitude: A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn new modern manufacturing techniques.
• Pace: Thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
• Flexibility: Adaptable and willing to help out with various responsibilities as needed to help the team win.
