This pivotal role requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills and strong organizational ability to manage our front-of-house operations and ensure the facility is always stocked and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Front Lobby Management & Service
Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Manage the front lobby area and oversee the flow of guests and delivery personnel.
Handle visitor registration, provide necessary access or badges, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Maintain a tidy and organized front office appearance, setting a positive tone for all who enter.
???? Supplies & Inventory Coordination
Oversee and manage supply inventory across all departments and warehouses at your location.
Daily restock supply stations (including breakroom and operational areas) to prevent shortages.
Communicate purchasing needs and inventory concerns directly to the Procurement team for timely replenishment.
Work with Procurement to coordinate the introduction of new supply items into inventory.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:
1 Year relevant work experience.
