Responsibilities:
Accurately process and manifest orders through shipping software, strictly adhering to SOPs and daily deadlines.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial thermal label printers to produce shipping labels and documentation.
Digitally track and distribute order batches to fulfillment specialists, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
Perform preventative maintenance and initial troubleshooting for warehouse hardware (printers, scanners) and software, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Perform physical inventory counts and digital updates, promptly notifying leadership when stock levels approach critical thresholds.
Assist with the accurate processing of incoming inventory receiving and customer returns.
Collaborate with Team Leads to prioritize and manage urgent, high-value, or specialty/promotional shipments.
Maintain accurate operational records and communicate order statuses, issues, and errors with third-party logistics partners.
Keep all workstations, printers, and software tools organized, clean, and immediately ready for use.
Provide essential support to overall warehouse operations during peak volume periods or as needed.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience with ShipStation or similar high-volume shipping software.
Prior experience in warehouse administration, logistics support, or inventory management.
Proven ability to perform basic hardware troubleshooting (e.g., thermal printer maintenance).
