The Global Supplier Sourcing Manager will be a key leader in the strategic sourcing of materials and services from international suppliers, directly supporting critical supply chain initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing strategies for effective supplier management, robust risk mitigation, and comprehensive compliance, while achieving significant cost reductions. The successful candidate will lead a talented team, foster global supplier relationships, and ensure operational efficiency on a global scale.

Responsibilities:
Strategically source and onboard international suppliers, aligning with global business objectives and conducting thorough due diligence.
Lead and manage key supplier-related projects, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
Oversee operational management of the global sourcing team, providing leadership, guidance, and recruiting new team members
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers to ensure compliance, quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct continuous market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks within the global supply chain.
Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
Expertly negotiate and manage international contracts, safeguarding company interests and ensuring favorable terms.

Experience with Intuit Flow inventory tool.
Experience with Oracle ERP systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced global environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
7-10 years

Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain management, or contracting, with a significant focus on global sourcing.
Extensive and demonstrable experience in all facets of strategic global sourcing, including, but not limited to, foreign markets, sectors, currency exchange, and tariffs.
Proven expertise in contract management, including drafting, negotiating, and administering international agreements.
Highly skilled negotiator with a strong and verifiable track record of achieving successful outcomes and cost savings in global sourcing initiatives.
People leadership background, with experience leading and mentoring a team.
Project management experience.
Non-expired passport or the ability to obtain a valid passport for international travel.
