Job Description:
Hand packers ensure products ensure products are correctly counted, meet customer specifications, comply with Food Safety regulations, and are accurately sorted, coded, and labeled.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently hand pack fresh baked cones
- Ensure continuous and smooth production through matching the pace of the production line and other packing team members
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area when packing
- Monitor for cross contamination or foreign objects
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 1 months
- No manufacturing experience required
Physical:
- Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs frequently
- Must be able to stand on one's feet for a full shift
Skills:
- Basic ability to read/write and count
- Able to multitask
- Ability to communicate with all members of the team
