Job Description:

We are searching for a full time, direct hire VP of Homecare for our customer in Lewisburg, PA to be a strong leader with natural sales ability and innovative thinking.

Responsibilities:

• you will be expected to oversee and work with homecare division offices to ensure each office completes the following: 
•  Increase office revenue for each office by a minimum of 3.5% each month 
•  Increase total billable hours for each office by a minimum of 100 hours per month 
•  Gain 1 new private pay client in both Central PA Homecare (“CPAHC”) and Eastern PA Homecare (“EPAHC”) offices per month 
•  Gain 2 new private pay clients in the Western PA Homecare (“WPAHC”) office per month 
•  Retain clients with a 90% retention rate 
•  Personally schedule a minimum of 100 billable homecare hours per week 
•  Personally sign on a minimum of 1 new client per month 
•  Personally attend a minimum of 1 in-person event per quarter 
•  Personally hire a minimum of 1 new caregiver per month 
•  Personally complete client visits both in person and virtually, as applicable
• Additional requirements are:   Travel up to 50%

Education: Bachelor Degree

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 60 months

• Experience in the homecare industry   
• Experience in managing multiple direct reports, preferably in multiple office locations
