Responsibilities:
Continuously load, unload, and move steel materials by hand, ranging in weight from 5lbs to 75lbs, throughout the shift.
Maintain efficient production levels within the assigned department.
Adhere to 5S principles to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Regularly check tools and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Operate relevant equipment in the assigned area safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the consistent use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain reliable and predictable attendance, arriving to work on time for all scheduled shifts.
Function effectively as a team member, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall production process.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Previous experience operating industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, overhead cranes - though not explicitly stated as required, often a plus in manufacturing).
Familiarity with 5S methodology or other lean manufacturing principles.

Knowledge and ability to operate all equipment within the assigned work area.
Ability to perform all essential job functions safely and efficiently.
Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Ability to function effectively as a team member and maintain positive working relationships.
