This role is crucial in providing timely and efficient support for personal computing device needs, issues, and requests. Responsibilities:
-Respond to technical issues related to hardware and software via phone and computer.
-Resolve basic problems or escalate complex issues to second-tier support or the appropriate MBIS area.
-Follow procedures for handling internal requests using remote methods.
-Assist users with standard computer practices to meet their needs efficiently.
-Identify and report recurring issues to improve resolution methods and minimize user impact.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
-Must have good communication and follow up skills.
-Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
-Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Must have basic technical knowledge.
-Must have customer service experience.
-Must be comfortable in a call center environment
