As our Homecare Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint across North Atlanta by building referral partnerships and driving new client admissions. Responsibilities:
Generate new private-pay homecare leads through strategic outreach and relationship management
Identify referral opportunities and convert them into active client admissions
Conduct sales presentations and educational meetings for referral partners
Track and report sales activities and performance metrics through CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service onboarding and client satisfaction
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Existing network in the senior care or medical community
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant sales experience (home care, senior living, home health preferred)
Proven success in referral development & client acquisition
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
