Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Recruitment Professional
- Maintain department and new hire files and records in electronic and paper form
- New Hire Incentive Monitoring
- Reporting - Assist in collecting and reporting data from ADP for EEO-1, EE0 Part 2 and VETS-4212 Reporting, AAP Reporting, department, and company reporting as requested
- Training and Development
- New Hire Credentialing
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience in Recruitment, Training and Development
- ADP Workforce Now
- Affirmative Action Planning
- SHRM-CP or PHR Certification
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- AA Degree

Qualifications:
- 2 years in Human Resources and Recruitment
- Experience with highly confidential information
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Word and Excel
