Responsibilities:
TIMEKEEPING & PAYROLL SUPPORT
Track employee attendance using designated systems; follow up on absences and update rosters,
Process and submit required timekeeping, payroll approvals, and related internal reports by strict deadlines.
Coordinate timekeeping corrections (TKCs) and supplemental pay data entry.
STAFFING & RECRUITMENT COORDINATION
Support staffing efforts by monitoring open positions and participating in recruitment communications.
Assist with hiring steps including scheduling interviews, candidate follow-ups, and coordinating drug screens.
Update trackers and rosters for all new hire onboarding activities.
DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE
Maintain personnel and operational documentation; scan, copy, and organize digital records in **Filemehr**.
Support employment eligibility processes, including **e-Verify** checks and I-9/PAF routing* Monitor and update **Compliance Trackers** to ensure all site-specific requirements are met.
ADMINISTRATIVE & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Respond to employee inquiries via phone, e-mail, text, and walk-ins in a professional, solutions-oriented manner.
Process employee status changes (terminations/inactives) and update systems like **WinTeam** or **UKG**.
Attend meetings and huddles to take notes and distribute communications to managers and supervisors.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with HR/Ops systems like WinTeam, UKG, Filemehr, or e-Verify.
Bilingual in English and Spanish desired, not required.
Prior experience in building services, sanitation, or agricultural/food operations.
Advanced Tech: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and advanced Excel functions.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2?3 years of administrative or HR support experience.
Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and the public.
Ability to apply basic math (fractions, percentages, ratios) and solve practical administrative problems.
Effective time management and the ability to maintain strictly confidential records.
