Post job openings for shore side and vessel based positions along with working with other recruiters in the pipelines, Schedule interviews and communicate with interested applicants, Prepare offer letters, pre-employment screening forms, background checks, physicals, drug testing, etc., Conduct and support new hire orientation along with documenting for file keeping, Maintain HR information such as employee information, licenses, training, medical, etc., Ensure policies are followed and consistently communicated with management, Serve as point of contact for HR questions and resolving issues before going to senior HR, Provide support for employees, disciplinary actions and investigations as directed, Help setting up company and recognition programs, Assist with employee benefit programs, changes and any employee questions related to current benefits, Ensure payroll is done timely for new hires, transfers and terminated employees, Support leave administration including FMLA, disability and leave requests
