Provide administrative support with policy updates, communications, benefit, programs, training and company events., Facilitate processes to include daily time-off procedure, interviewing, onboarding, off boarding, annual benefits enrollment, drug testing, clearances and CPR training., Assist with planning, coordinating and executing employee training events., Act in the role of POC for Human Resources related requests and questions, providing guidance in a courteous and professional manner. Referring any issues to the Human Resources Director., Work in coordination with the finance department to implement payroll related processes., Maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local government employment laws and Human Resources related regulations to ensure ongoing Agency compliance., Attend training as directed by the Human Resources Director and/or President to maintain current knowledge of trends and best practices., Attend social/recreational events as required to supervise and assist disabled individuals.
