The Operations & Payroll Coordinator is a dual-function role essential to the daily success of our manufacturing facility. This individual will manage multi-state, high-volume weekly payroll for 20+ hourly employees while providing critical administrative support to our shipping, receiving, and customer service departments.

Payroll & Compliance: Processes high-volume weekly payroll; maintains records for hourly rates, commissions, bonuses, and multi-state tax withholdings.
Logistics Support: Manages shipping and receiving paperwork, coordinates with carriers, and ensures accurate documentation for inbound/outbound freight.
Customer Service: Acts as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping status, and billing.
Financial Reconciliation: Reconciles payroll to the general ledger and monthly bank statements.
Records Management: Maintains employee files and ensures all shipping/receiving logs are filed per company audit standards.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing office environment.
Experience processing multi-state payroll for at least 20+ hourly employees.
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics administration is a major plus.

Qualifications:
Multi-Tasking Pro: Ability to pivot from complex data entry (payroll) to fast-paced logistics tasks (shipping/receiving) without losing attention to detail.
High-Volume Experience: Proven ability to handle rapid-fire administrative tasks in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Communication: Must be fluent in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with production and logistics teams.
Software Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn payroll and inventory/shipping software.
