Our client is seeking a temporary flexible and organized Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to support our hiring and onboarding process. This role offers a customizable schedule (20-40 hours/week), with some flexibility in start time and lunch breaks, but availability past 3:30 PM is preferred. You'll play a key role in coordinating candidate flow, scheduling, and onboarding tasks to support both hourly and supervisory hiring efforts.

Responsibilities:
Review resumes for hourly positions and assist in screening.
Coordinate interview scheduling (interviews conducted by supervisors).
Assist with the hiring process for supervisor roles.
Prepare offer letters and hiring documentation.
Manage all onboarding tasks, including orientations and electronic paperwork.
Schedule pre-employment drug tests.
Collaborate with internal team members (e.g., benefits administered by another team member).
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience in a recruiting or HR support role.
Familiarity with scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Adaptability in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
