Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including posting positions and conducting interviews
- Execute essential checklists for new hires, internal transfers, and employee separations
- Support background checks, reference checks, and monthly verification
- Maintain electronic personnel files and audit employment agreements for accuracy
- Support benefit reconciliation, turnover reporting, and quarterly system audits
- Coordinate internal engagement by drafting intranet posts for new hires and work anniversaries
- Update position descriptions to ensure consistent terminology regarding remote eligibility and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR recruiting or Generalist role
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technical skills in Excel and Word, including experience with mail merges
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
- The initiative to conduct research and share creative ideas with the team
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting employee articles and internal updates
