Schedule: Full-time, 35-45 hours per week
Typical Hours: Monday-Thursday (Friday considered overtime if you have already met 40 hours for the week) 6 AM-5 PM (varies by project)
Travel: If overnight travel is required, return on Thursday (up to 3 hours away)


Base Pay: $18 per hour (Willing to start someone with experience for more)
Additional Pay: +$6 per hour for overnight travel days
Additional Pay: +$4 per hour for travel days where you return home the same day
Bonus Opportunity: End-of-year performance bonus

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment per manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Skills:
Prior experience with HVAC installation and ductwork is a plus

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
• Team player with the ability to follow instructions and adapt to changes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Valid driver?s license
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Adherence to company dress code (long pants required: jeans or cargo)
